In order to determine if we are able to assist please complete the screener with these eligibility questions.

1. Does someone in the home have an intellectual or developmental disability?

2.Have you already been in contact with other agencies, like ABCCM, Eblen, St. Vincent de Paul?

3.Have you been served with a 10 day notice, eviction notice, or disconnection date for utilities?

4. Is your need related to Hurricane Helene?
