The Arc of Buncombe County is not accepting walk-in traffic at our office until further notice. The Arc continues to follow the COVID-19 rules of washing hands thoroughly, wearing face masks, socially distancing, and wiping down touched surfaces with disinfectant. A Huge Thank You to the Walnut Cove Members Association!

This January The Arc of Buncombe County received a “Crisis Intervention Grant” from Walnut Cove Members Association (WCMA) for $18,000.00. This grant will help the Arc to assist families in crisis and homelessness during the (Coronavirus COVID-19) pandemic.

Our team assists individuals who may not understand certain procedures and advocates on their behalf.

EDUCATION

Members of The Arc of Buncombe County work with educators to make sure that our clients receive the most effective means of education based on their needs.

COLLABORATION

The Arc of Buncombe County relies on the support of paid members, volunteers, and our staff to assist our clients in the best possible way in order to enrich the lives of children & adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities which is why we NEED YOU!
